Public viewing takes center stage at the Barfüsserplatz Fan Zone. All 31 matches will be broadcast live on a large LED screen. Food trucks and bars will provide fans with energy to cheer on their teams until the final whistle. Listening, reading and gaming stations will be set up in the Stadtcasino. There will also be two movie nights and seven concert evenings. The Basel Historical Museum on the Barfüsserplatz will also be presenting the “Dream of Trophies” exhibition during the tournament month of July.
In the Fan Zone Messeplatz, the focus is on games and sports activities. The offer includes the soccer court with its stand, as well as a Ball Parcours with eight sports challenges for the whole family. For children, there will also be a ten-metre-high Giant Slide and walkable Water Balls . In addition to attractive sponsor activities, there will also be refreshment stations. Several smaller screens will show all the games.
Basel's St. Jakob-Park, also known as the Joggeli, is the largest football stadium in Switzerland. Five matches will be played there as part of the UEFA Women's Euro 2025: the opening match on July 2, 2025, two further group matches on July 8 and 13, 2025, a quarter-final match on July 19, 2025 and the grand final on July 27, 2025.
